Sales & Service Advisor

Job Summary:

As an Inbound Sales and Service Advisor, your ability to negotiate, love for technology and attention to excellent customer service, will help to create the ultimate buying experience for our customers. Multi-tasking may be a challenge for some, but if it’s your kind of challenge, this role may be perfect for you. 

  • Utilize proven sales techniques to build customer relationships to enhance the customer buying and service experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience
  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Up selling skills and techniques
  • Knowledge of how to "Rebuttal" objections
  • Ability to work between 7am to 11pm
  • Ability to work any time of the week, including some Saturdays or Sundays
  • All candidate must pass a typing test and aptitude test.

  • $12.45/Hour (Plus Benefits)
