Fleet Solutions Specialist

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for Small Business customers throughout the country seeking to purchase a Fleet Management solution.  Rep will be required to conduct telephone sales, create a positive customer sales experience, and achieve sales goals through the proper execution of outbound phone calling to new and existing prospective leads.  Lead funnel management and experience is a plus. A key component of this job is interfacing with customers via the telephone and web for presentations, engaging and building relationships with internal and external teams and improving overall customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with reporting requirements including but not limited to sales reporting, and Salesforce (CRM) opportunity reporting.
  • Execute and maintain account management planning processes and business review processes with each assigned account on a consistent basis. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players within the organization.
  • Support and communicate with teams at all levels. 
  • Evangelize the program culture and value proposition to align to the program’s way.
  • Provide WebEx trainings/demos when needed.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals as determined by the program. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years call center experience in a telesales solution/consultative position. Preferable in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional level of sales processes, critical thinking and customer influence. 
  • Well organized and efficient in handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, tasks, and processes.
  • Experience in conducting web/phone based meetings.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Technological understanding.
  • Outstanding customer relationship and problem-resolution skills. 
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Comply with reporting requirements including but not limited to sales reporting.
  • All candidate must pass a typing test and aptitude test.

  • $14.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)
