Russ Hurley directs contact center operations for WOS. He joined WOS in October 2013 after retiring from the U.S. Army after 28 years of service. Previously, he was responsible for managing the WOS Veterans Program in El Paso, TX.

He possesses tremendous passion and experience in educating, training and mentoring both veterans and young adults from under-resourced communities as well as an in-depth understanding of contact center operations.

Russ holds both a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA/ML) Management and Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
