Nataly Rodas

Nataly Rodas worked as a consultant to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 2009 to December 2011 as a data-test analyst. In December 2011, she became a consultant to Prudential's HR department. In June 2012, Nataly was hired by Prudential as a communications associate in the human resources organization. A 2008 graduate of Technology (Newark, NJ) High School, Nataly earned her certificate from Rutgers' SOAR program in 2009 and is currently studying psychology at Kean University. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading and traveling.
